Sally’s Paddock

 is an iconic family-owned winery located in the Pyrenees region of Victoria. It is widely celebrated for its handmade, estate-grown red wines, particularly its signature single-vineyard blend. 

 Winery & Cellar Door 

 The Sally’s Paddock Cellar Door is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a rustic atmosphere with handmade bricks and ironbark beams. 

Wineries of Victoria

  • Tastings & Dining: Visitors can enjoy wine tastings alongside grazing platters, wood-fired pizzas, and homemade treats from the onsite Flying Pig Deli.

The Wines

The winery focuses on non-irrigated, low-yield vines that are hand-picked and basket-pressed. 

  • Sally’s Paddock (Flagship): A complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec.
  • Sally’s Hill: Premium estate-grown varietals including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc.
  • Sasha: A range of softer, ready-to-drink wines and sparkling varieties named after the Robbs’ daughter. 

 Accommodation

For a full vineyard experience, guests can stay at the Chestnut Cottage, a self-contained two-storey mud-brick home on the property. It accommodates up to four people and features a balcony with sweeping views of the Pyrenees ranges.
